I just learned, thanks to a comment in one of the posts, that there’s an exploit for Droid 3, Bionic, RAZR and Droid 4. It’s called Motofail Drop this file into the Exploits folder in SuperOneClick. After that, change the selected exploit from Auto to motofail

解壓縮把motofail檔丟進SuperOneClick v2.3.3內的\Exploits資料夾內
在開啟SuperOneClick v2.3.3軟體在畫紅圈地方選擇motofail , 在來就能ROOT Droid 3, Bionic, RAZR ,Droid 4手機
0. 手機桌面 MENU -> 設定 - > 應用程式 -> 開發 -> USB偵錯 打開，保持清醒打開
1.USB 接上電腦
2. 開SuperOneClickFor2.2 內的SuperOneClick.exe
3.點擊 Root
4. 冷靜等待...
5. ROOT 成功!
