I'm highly disappointed with your product G810 for many softwares and games
cannot be run.
I've tried other mobiles with WM6 and WM6.1 that they are running good
without the problem happening in G810. (e.g. HTC and Samsung). Finally,
supprised got the reason that
G810 Rom is Not Support PocketHAl (a graphics
library, DirectDraw interfaces), that's why So many softwares and games can't
run properly!!
We strongly request your attention to this issue and release the updates
ROM to support PocketHAI on or before 2009/01/01, otherwise, we've no choice but
gathering all the G810 user who found unsatisfion to return your product. We
also will put this issue to the popular media such as the "Next Magazine" as
well as report the case to Consumer Council.

We know LG also got this problem in her KS20, but they've fixed the issue
immediately.
I believe most of users bought G810 because of the brand name "TOSHIBA" for
which represents "the quality and service", please don't let such small defect
ruin your goodwill.

最新的 ROM update 也沒有包含 PocketHAl. 當然裝Winterface也照當機.
所以希望G810的主人們一起為我們的手機申訴. 要求Email Toshiba 要求趕快發布新的ROM支援PocketHAl.
LG KS20 之前也不支援PocketHAl. 後來LG也修復了這個問題.
